Brazil data

In accordance with NSF's LTREB program, which is funding our research, we plan to share much of the data collected from our work at the Biological Dynamics of Forest Fragments Project (PDBFF).

In the near future, we will post the following:

- A photographic guide to aging and sexing birds of the PDBFF

- A list of species present in each fragment and in adjacent second growth

- Species lists for continuous forest control sites

We also have more detailed data available upon request:

- Details of all captures, including band number, location, age, sex, and morphological measurements

- Capture rates for individual species

Other resources possibly available to collaborators:

- Passive audio recordings from fragments and continuous forest

- Fecal samples from captured frugivores

- Tail feathers from all captured birds

For more information about any of these resources, contact me.

More data, such as GIS images, are available from the PDBFF.
